About the role:  

SilverTech is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing team. 

The Paid Media Manager will work directly with a portfolio of client accounts, across a variety of industries, to create, deliver, optimize, and report on recurring search, display, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have agency experience and works well independently as well as part of a team. 

A strong proficiency in paid media marketing, lead generation, targeting, tracking and analytics, and creative strategy is required. This is a detail-driven, fast-paced role in which the ideal candidate must be able to communicate ideas to clients with confidence, effectively multitask, and work well with others. 


Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all aspects of paid media advertising campaigns, including: 

    • Keyword research  

    • Budget planning 

    • Campaign strategy, structure, buildout, and execution 

    • Creative strategy and development (including clear and effective ad copy) 

    • Testing and ongoing optimizations 

    • Tracking and analytics 

    • Ongoing bid and budget management 

    • Reporting to relevant stakeholders both internally and externally 

  • Communicate effectively with clients on a day-to-day basis. 

  • Perform in-depth analysis of accounts to develop key insights and build actionable plans for clients on campaign performance. 

  • Analyze the full user journey and provide strategic direction on landing page and conversion rate optimization. 

  • Develop digital marketing roadmaps and prepare and present quarterly summaries. 

  • Have a strategic understanding and provide guidance on all aspects of a client’s digital marketing efforts including content, SEO (search engine optimization), email, and marketing automation. 


Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 

  • 4+ years of experience in paid media advertising across multiple channels (such as Google/Bing search, display, and social media like Facebook and Instagram). 

  • Solid understanding on how best to structure an entirely new campaign or restructure an existing one for optimal results. 

  • Understanding of all aspects of digital marketing including content, SEO (search engine optimization), email, and marketing automation. 

  • Experience using a variety of platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager. 

  • Experience in e-commerce is desired, but not a requirement. 

  • A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment. 

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain strong client relationships in a deadline and performance driven environment. 

  • Demonstrates enthusiasm about digital marketing and an eagerness to keep up with the latest trends.  

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to varying client industries, landscapes, technology, and budgets. 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Must be willing to travel on occasion (when post-COVID-19 restrictions allow).
