About the role:

The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel B2B campaigns that deliver a consistent stream of quality new leads. The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for building lead generation value, differentiating the company from its competitors, creating content to generate interest and will have experience in identifying, evaluating, testing, and optimizing marketing channels that drive demand. This individual must show a clear understanding of marketing and digital strategies, as well as have experience with analyzing and reporting on lead metrics and pipeline influence.  

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop demand generation efforts, including the overall strategy across channels, producing new and nurtured lead generation goals and forecasts, defining priorities, and measuring overall results
  • Work cross-functionally to implement campaign activities with partners on events, webinars and co-marketing activities and with other internal team members on digital search and paid media, tradeshows, conferences and other initiatives that generate new business
  • Provide progress updates, reports and recommendations on lead plan, funnel progression, and strategies needed to meet business objectives
  • Assist in the creation and development of integrated marketing plans, both online and offline
  • Manage or direct paid search campaigns utilizing Google AdWords, including campaign recommendations, implementation, analysis, and management
  • Coordinate and facilitate webinars, events, tradeshows and other initiatives that drive new business leads and opportunities
  • Work with marketing brand and communication specialist to plan content calendar to support efforts

  • B.S./B.A in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.  
  • 3-5 years of Sales Support, Marketing Demand Generation and/or Marketing experience highly preferred.  
  • Strong knowledge of and interest in web, marketing, content and social media. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to varying client industries, landscapes and technological limitations.  
  • Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be comfortable with presenting ideas and progress to management
