About the role: 

SilverTech is looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role you will have the opportunity to work in the fast-paced, upbeat environment of agency life. You will work on innovative and exciting projects, learn and grow, and make a lasting impact on SilverTech and our clients. As a core member of our crew, the Project Coordinator will support our Project Management Team in delivering a positive client experience.  

Working hand in hand with other interactive departments, our Project Coordinators are team players, skilled creating project plans, schedules and budget forecasts. Attention to detail, strong organization and communication skills are critical.  

 
 Responsibilities: 

  • Build client trust by creating accurate project timelines and exceeding client expectations.   

  • Work directly with Project Management teams to schedule and plan meetings to allow for planning and updates through the course of a project.  

  • Assist with planning client meeting content and presentations.  

  • Provide clear project status updates on a regular basis, with consistent client communication.  

  • Staff client work with appropriate resources to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.  

  • Ensure effective communication with key decision makers and project teams.  

  • Identify and communicate potential project concerns.   

  • Collaborate effectively across project teams including Engineering, Design, Strategy and others.  

  
Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management or similar or equivalent work experience.  

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, or similar role.  

  • Prior experience working with a project management, or time-tracking tool.  

  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines in a deadline-driven environment.  

  • Excellent organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.  

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to varying client industries, landscapes, technological limitations, and budgets.
