Engage with construction project managers and people across our company to identify and develop solutions that optimize our construction software, improve flow of information, and simplify the process for construction project documentation.  For people using Vista by Viewpoint, this role supports both the day-to-day escalated user queries, helps create the road map for Vista improvements, and implements systems improvements through collaboration with technical and software experts. 
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Use strong working knowledge of construction processes to improve process workflow with the Vista / Viewpoint system
  • Assist people in performing work using Vista, reach resolution of issues and actively seek feedback to identify and solve systems issues
  • Support and teach Vista by Viewpoint users on current functionality and new roll outs of Vista
  • Aid in the testing, development and implementation of new releases, and Sellen specific system improvements
  • Develop and maintain application documentation instruction materials & log of end user requests
  • Serve as liaison between Vista/Viewpoint and Sellen to ensure Sellen’s software needs are being addressed
The successful candidate will use their excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with a diverse skill level of employees across Sellen. They will be recognized for their analytical skills and ability to balance and prioritize their diverse workload including; responding to employees requests for assistance, training others, increasing the efficiency of the process, and reporting.                                                                                                                
Position Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience working in the construction business. Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to analyze and trouble shoot. A strong working knowledge of construction workflows and construction specific software systems.
