Our Business Development Manager builds relationships with clients we have worked with for decades and with new potential partners who share our values and commitment to the community. Through well-developed relationships and an in-depth understanding of our clients’ goals, this new role will identify and pursue high value opportunities for Sellen and our partners. 
This job has broad responsibilities including:
  • Identify opportunities with existing and prospective clients in our region.
  • Bring creativity and a keen understanding of clients’ mission, culture, and project goals when qualifying and pursuing work.
  • Teach and coach others on relationship management and in building solutions.
The successful candidate for this role on our team will possess expert knowledge of commercial construction real-estate, superb interpersonal and negotiating skills, proven business development experience, and the ability to work effectively and creatively with people from diverse industries and backgrounds.
