Our Director, Business Development builds relationships - with people we have partnered with for decades and people who are new to us, all of whom share our values and commitment to the community we are a part of. Through well-developed relationships and with a deep understanding of clients’ and organizations’ goals, our Director, Business Development recognizes and pursues unique opportunities for Sellen and our partners.

A day in the life of our Director, Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities with existing and prospective clients in our region.
  • Bring creativity and a keen understanding of clients’ mission, culture, and project goals when qualifying and pursuing work.
  • Coach and mentor others on relationship management and in building solutions.
Our ideal Director, Business Development possess expert knowledge of commercial construction and real-estate, superb interpersonal and negotiating skills, and proven business development experience. Their ability to work effectively and creatively allows them to collaborate with people from diverse industries and backgrounds.
