RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning/Strategy

  • Develop and manage effective integrated media plans that deliver on client business objectives

  • Craft client communication regarding recommended tactics, including specifics on targeting, investment levels, ad types and inventory

  • Summarize and communicate status of all campaigns with appropriate internal contacts and client teams - this includes building client-facing reports in Excel and/or PowerPoint with data visualization and insights

Digital Campaign Management

Programmatic:

  • Hands on experience planning, buying and managing programmatic buys through a DSP (The Trade Desk Preferred) is preferred, but not required

  • Provide programmatic bidding expertise and understand best practices to improve campaign performance

Social:

  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop high-quality, relevant social content and ensure approval processes are maintained

  • Create and manage paid social campaigns that support client initiatives

  • Stay informed of social media marketing trends and social channel capabilities as they rapidly evolve and provide client and agency POVs and updates

Search:

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords and other search platforms

  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics

  • Execute and traffic all digital media plans in our 3rd party ad server (Google Campaign Manager) in addition to tag management, placing floodlights, etc.

Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing, update results on a daily basis

  • Create easily digestible client facing reports in Google Data Studios

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Media Planning and Buying experience required

  • 2+ years of digital media experience a must

  • Working comprehension of strategy development and media math required in this position

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas & pivot tables, creating efficiencies

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • A data-driven, independent, and analytical approach to problem solving

  • Self-starting, positive work ethic, to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility

    Salary range: $55,000-$65,000 based on experience
    This position is eligible for 100% remote work
