As a Product Marketing Coordinator at ProfitSolv, you play an integral role in bridging product marketing strategy with execution across our key growth brands. You will collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

You will support initiatives spanning webinars, paid and organic digital campaigns, content creation, and marketing analytics — ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, product, design, and sales.

As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you will spend you time: 

  • Partner with the Product Marketing Director to plan and execute go-to-market initiatives that support new product launches, campaigns, and promotions. 
  • Manage day-to-day execution of marketing programs including webinar setup and promotion, paid and organic social campaigns, and vendor ad placements.
  • Maintain and update digital assets such as landing pages, blogs, and HubSpot workflows to ensure brand consistency and optimized user experience.
  • Track marketing performance metrics, prepare monthly retrospective reports, and provide actionable insights to inform strategy and improve ROI.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between marketing, product, and design teams to align messaging, creative assets, and deliverables.
  • Support conference and event initiatives through lead tracking, post-event follow-up coordination, and collaboration with Sales Development Representatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline campaign execution, reporting, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Other duties as assigned 

This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure. 

A great fit for this position has: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or product marketing environments  Proficiency in HubSpot, WordPress, and analytics/reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with attention to detail 
  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategic insights
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •  Collaborative team player with adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
