We are growing again!!! We currently have an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our accounting team. This is a full time role in our Milton, Ontario office.
The Billing Support role will support the day to day operations of the administration department. The role will carry out responsibilities in all or part of the following functional areas: POD management, data entry, document & records management, customer service; and general administration
The Billing Support is wholly or partly responsible for these areas:
• Proof of Delivery (POD) Calling
• Data Entry
• Problem solving for any issues that may arise
• Related filing and record keeping
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
• Strong computer skills; Windows, Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while maintaining a fast, steady work pace
• Effective planning and organization
• Industry experience required
• Able to work both independently and within a team environment
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a distribution/logistics environment
- Exceptional data entry skills
- Some office experience preferred
- Some Database experience preferred
