The Dispatch Coordinator is directly responsible for all or part of these areas:
  • Administrative Support – detailed review of all paperwork & data entry
  • Driver Communications
  • Dispatch Support
  • Team Performance
  • Polite and thorough communication with all parties
  • Problem solving for any issues that may arise with a Freight Bill in transmission
  • Related filing and record keeping
  • Customs documentation preparation

  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and maintain results
  • Strong written and verbal communication; effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts, customers, clients, and outside industry contacts

Education & Experience
  • This position generally requires at least 3-5 years of related transportation/dispatch experience. But administration roles from a fast paced dynamic background would also be able to succeed in this role.
