As a Corporate Trainer, your primary function will be to design and implement training programs for all functions of our business. This will include training for new services, new software, best practices, and retraining existing skills.

The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with Branch Managers and Managing Partners to determine training needs
  • Conduct seminars, workshops and individual training sessions to effectively train and teach new skills and services as the company grows
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos and courses
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Plan and schedule training sessions
  • Design and implement training programs
  • Manage training budgets
  • Monitor and present employee performance on training initiatives  
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a training related role with instructional design and delivery experience.
  • Understanding of classroom management skills is preferred
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Outlook, and other virtual meeting software
  • Proficient understanding of technology
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Some travel may be required; must possess or be able to obtain a passport
