POSITION SUMMARY 

The Specialist functions within the day-to-day operations of the Asset Ops/Fleet Dispatch team. Under the
direction of the Operations Supervisor, is responsible to ensure the booking of daily loads requested by Traffix
Customers, Traffix Branches and or Sales Managers.  Booking must obey the tight relation between cost and sales rate sold by sales force of TRAFFIX. The cost must ensure minimal profit searching by our company policy.

D&CS Specialist is partly responsible for some or all of these areas:
  • Ensure the service at the right price,
  • Ensure the load at the right place, right date, right time with the right equipment
  • Ensure the selection of carrier that meet with quality standards in order to keep at the minimum the risk
  • of fail
  • Keep close communication with Shippers and Consignees to coordinate a high performance service
  • reducing at the minimum the risk of fail
  • Problem solving for any issues that may arise All related task around this job position requested by the manager
  • Primary Objectives:
  • Provide excellent time of response with orders requested by customers in less than 15 minutes since
  • Traffix received the Service Confirmation
  • Being proactive by detecting a situation and providing a solution
  • Ensure of gross profit margin set by Traffix offer no less than 10%
  • Coordination of the load with carrier in the loading and delivery process

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Obtain information from Shipper about details of the load requested by the customer
  • Obtain Information from Consignee about delivery time and way
  • Coordinate Cross docks and Border crossing procedures
  • Set the order in the system and all the primary information required on it
  • Feed the system with accurate information required to ensure a low risk process
  • Support other departments when is needed
  • Provide various types of office support such as responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer
  • accounts, processing applications for service
  • Extensive contact and interaction with the public in situations requiring problem resolution, and duties
  • which relate specifically to load process concerns

  • Ensures pickup and delivery requirements are met to appropriate service levels
  • Obtain information from the different parts of logistics chain to perform a requested task
  • Finding, fixing, and preventing problems
  • Work closely with Customer Service for the timely movement of freight
  • Answering carrier pick-up calls loading and downloading process
  • Feed information related every service in our system

RENUMERATION 

TRAFFIX does not have Mexican Entity all work force that is working in Mexico since 2018, as Independent
Professionals. Our collaborators are full responsible to pay their taxes to the Mexican government. We calculate and negotiate because experience of each candidate, remuneration under yearly bases, considering that equal amount will be deposit to our collaborator bank account in Mexico every 14 days on Fridays, 26 deposit in a year. Annual remuneration is calculated in Canadian Dollars This annual quantity contains all can be considered in a regular job in Mexico, the difference is that each person must cover on her or his own the benefits of a regular position. Although we are not obligated, Vacations is the only benefit that company is willing to cover and days are following Mexican law parameters. All deposit to Mexico will caused a commission fee because the bank of the collaborator, we cannot change this fact but we can suggest some institution that offer low fee commissions. Collaborator is responsible to pay telecommunications fees
