What is a Brand Ambassador?
The Brand Ambassador role will encompass two main functions: Training and Recruiting.
As a trainer, you will be involved with educating new hires for each branch. You will be responsible for instilling TRAFFIX best practices, teaching candidates how to use our TMS, CRM, and internal systems. You will develop a well-rounded curriculum that will ensure our new hires have the best start possible.

As a recruiter, you will be searching for new talent to work at TRAFFIX. During your interactions with potential candidates, you will be an ambassador of the TRAFFIX brand and the positive culture we continuously strive for.

The TRAFFIX Culture is a significant part of our brand identity. In addition to being an ambassador of the TRAFFIX brand to potential new talent, you will continue to promote our brand internally to new hires. These follow up sessions will ensure our new team members feel included and are fully supported by TRAFFIX resources.

Who are you?

You have worked in a Transportation Sales, Carrier Sales or Account Manager role with a 3PL for at least 2 years. You are an active listener, able to effectively manage your time, and are an excellent communicator with a thirst for sharing your experience and knowledge with others. You love getting to know people and use emotional intelligence to guide your interactions.

You are excited about the TRAFFIX brand and ready to promote our company to top industry talent who we want to join our team. You are an excellent judge of character and ready to ask challenging questions to evaluate TRAFFIX applicants. You enjoy the challenge of hunting for industry professionals via platforms such as LinkedIn to fill open positions within our company.
