The Sales team plays a critical role in maintaining TRAFFIX ongoing growth strategy. We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, top performers to join our high-performance sales team. As a Sales Executive (or Senior Sales Executive depending on experience), your primary function will be to generate new business for TRAFFIX. Additionally, you will responsible for growing existing business in partnership with the Customer Service and Account Management teams. You will be the primary point of contact for potential TRAFFIX customers and will play a crucial role in closing new business. You will be expected to conduct yourself in accordance to the TRAFFIX brand. All Sales Executives/Senior Sales Executives will be supported by the Director of Sales until they reach a predetermined sales volume, at which point they will be promoted to a Director of National Accounts reporting to the Branch Director.

 Primary Objectives:
  • Target potential prospects by cold calling and e-mails daily
  • Convert Prospects into new business for TRAFFIX
  • Maximize existing business and relationships with customers
  • Build strong sustainable partnerships with clients, prospects, and carriers
  • Exemplify the TRAFFIX brand and cultural values
Position Details:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
  • Develop customer accounts and grow TRAFFIX market share with new and existing customers
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage recurring business
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
  • Analyze pipeline and lead data to develop strategic short and long-term plans to close prospects
  • Drive new business through all communication means including face to face meetings
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
  • Identify customer needs to determine how our solutions would be a good fit
  • Manage multiple lead sources and work to consistently develop the pipeline
  • Work with stakeholders to develop strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Run the entire sales cycle, from discovery to close
  • Ability to identify and solve client issues by strategically incorporating a TRAFFIX solution
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
  • Perform any other reasonable duties assigned or directed by management as necessary to ensure the continued success of TRAFFIX
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to prepare and summarize reports and forecasts. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic, and quota-driven environment
  • Keen business acumen with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office365
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Ability to fluently speak 2 or more languages is considered an asset
  • Be willing to travel when required. Must be able to travel between the USA and Canada.
