As an Associate Account Manager at YouTech, you will work with various internal teams to develop digital coupon programs for existing retailers.  You will join a team of individuals in supporting a key client.  Responsibilities include working with the lead Account Manager to release load-to-card offers on a regular basis, develop digital programs and assist in the day-to-day interactions with the client.  These responsibilities can be technical at times and require an individual who is comfortable with translating between business needs and technical requirements, as well as joining calls with clients to trouble shoot issues. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, have the ability to think logically and possess a passion for providing excellent customer service.

This position can be based in Brisbane, CA or Cincinnati, OH. 
  • Engage clients, CPGs, agencies and internal teams to align YouTech technology and services with the client’s evolving digital coupon landscape
  • Engage with custom tools to publish offers to the client’s website
  • Updating offer and program information on a weekly basis
  • Liaison with internal teams to assist in executing technical solutions for client’s business challenges
  • Execute processes that improve management of program/project documentation, communication and execution.
  • Assure all deliverables are completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain program integrity upon launch
  • Keep updated on YouTech’s existing services, latest developments in the business and the digital coupon landscape, continually upgrading an understanding of the processes involved in delivery and promoting how new ideas could contribute to increased client satisfaction
  • Document requirements for new features or enhancements
  • Drive the successful implementation and execution of varied programs, campaigns and projects
  • Manage client and outside vendor deliverables and expectations
  • 3-4 years of product, project or account management experience in an Internet technology organization, retailer or interactive agency
  • Success working in fast-paced environment with ability to identify resources needed and reprioritize project tasks while meeting deadlines and goals
  • Successful management of client business issues
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Follow-through skills on time-sensitive, multi-variable projects
  • Excel at collaboration
  • Must possess technical proficiency
  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as an individual contributor
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Proficient experience in MS office suite of Products
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Understanding of agile project methodologies is a plus
  • BA, BS or significant College-level experience
