Position Summary:
The Associate Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative human resources support in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Great Teams! Department by assisting in a variety of areas within the department focusing on Immigration and Associate Relations.  The Coordinator, Associate Relations role is to promote and maintain an associate-oriented, high performance culture so we can achieve our mission, vision and values.

Primary Accountabilities:
  • Administrative (100%)
  • Coordinate with external legal team Immigration matters involving new and existing associate to handle all H-1B Visa and Green Card filing needs, including but not limited to the following:
    • work internally with management and foreign nationals to compile all documents needed in support of H-1B Visa and Green Card procedures.
    • ensure all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and timely
    • partner with external legal team to advise associates on general questions about H-1B Visa and Green Card processes
    • Manage Public Access Files, LCA etc.
  • Assist associates in answering any HR related questions, providing front line customer service that creates a center of excellence human resources department
  • Answer incoming Great Teams! telephone calls and make outgoing calls
  • Maintains and responds to inquiries from the Great Teams! Department email inbox
  • Receive and assess client/vendor needs via inbound calls
  • Assemble and administration of package deliverables with shipping and labeling, as needed
  • Assist business partners, as needed, in coordinating pre-employment activities, such as  background reporting and drug test
  • Assist business partners in processing and on-boarding new hires in HRIS system, including  the I9 tool, E-Verify and Equifax unemployment
  • Assist in ensuring all steps of the offboarding process is completed in a timely manner for associates separating the company
  • Assists in gathering reports required for various audits
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and complete personnel files in the HRIS System for all associates across the organization
  • Ensure appropriate employment postings (such as labor law posters) are up to date and posted as required.
  • Respond to requests for employment verifications
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualification:
  • Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • 2-4 years work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with G-Suite
