As a Technical Account Manager in Client Services at YOU Technology, you will work with various internal teams to implement new technical requirements and/or enhancements for a portfolio of retailer clients.  These responsibilities require an individual who is comfortable with translating between business needs and technical requirements, and joining calls with clients during technical issues. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, have the ability to think logically and possess a passion for providing excellent customer service.
This role is based at the YOU Technology headquarters in Daly City,  CA.
  • Engage clients, CPGs, agencies and internal teams to align YT Technology and services with the client’s evolving digital coupon landscape
  • Keep updated on YT’s existing services, latest developments in the business and the digital coupon landscape, continually upgrading an understanding of the processes involved in delivery and promoting how new ideas could contribute to increased client satisfaction
  • Document requirements for new features or enhancements
  • Persuading clients that a YT developed solution will satisfy their needs
  • Liaison with internal teams to assist in executing technical solutions for client’s business challenges
  • Execute processes that improve management of program/project documentation, communication and execution.
  • Drive the successful implementation and execution of varied programs campaigns and projects
  • Manage client and outside vendor deliverables and expectations
  • Assure all deliverables are completed in a timely manner
  • Provide ongoing and quarterly business results to client
  • 3+ years of product, project, technical project or account management experience in an Internet technology organization or interactive agency
  • Successful management of client business issues
  • Must possess technical proficiency
  • Travel to visit client
  • Ability to work within a team environment as well as an individual contributor
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and diligent follow-through skills on time-sensitive, multi-variable projects
  • Excel at collaboration
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Ability to coordinate work on multiple projects in a fast paced and deadline-intensive environment
  • Understanding of agile project methodologies is a plus
  • BA, BS or significant College-level experience
