The Product Solution Consultant (PSC) will be the expert in the core set of the Workforce Go! HCM suite. The
PSC will work directly with Product Management and will be responsible for presenting the value proposition
and benefits of the Workforce Go! HCM solution to Workforce Go! internal teams, to include Sales, Channel
development and Account Management as well as to existing or prospective Clients and Partners.

  • Design, validate, and present Workforce Go! HCM software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.
  • Develop and deliver proposed solution to customers.
  • Responsible for providing pre-sales technical/functional support to prospective clients or partners and existing clients or partners through on-line/in person sales efforts.
  • Develop and deliver high quality standard HCM presentations and demonstrations via the internet and/or in person that articulate Workforce Go! HCM’s strengths, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Consistently work with internal teams to ensure that they are aware of and knowledgeable on new system features.
  • Present Workforce Go! HCM solutions, including demonstrating deep familiarity with Workforce Go! HCM Cloud architecture including hosting and security to internal Teams as well as existing or prospective Clients and Partners.
  • Configure and present customized demos using UI-based configuration and administration tools; proven ability to present effectively via web-based conferencing tools and/or face-to-face.
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.

  • 3 - 5 years business experience preferred
  • 3 years relevant computer applications or database/tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Knowledge of system and application design preferred. 
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Human Resources and supporting technology, specifically HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and HR Finance highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, web technology, cloud applications and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions is a plus.
  • Previous work experience in sales, pre-sales, product management, or consulting role will also be considered.
  • Proven time and project management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skill is a must.
  • Experience in Workforce Ready platform preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

successfully perform all aspects of the job; use telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate
