POSITION SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will be solution and service oriented as well as a highly motivated, competitive self-starter. He/she must also be comfortable on the phone, utilizing a computer and analyzing data/trends/outcomes. In this position, you are on the front lines, introducing the Ameriflex business model to prospective clients, upselling products to current clients, assisting with territory growth and playing a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


In this role, YOU will:

  • Utilizing current CRM and other company resources to consistently prospect, qualify and cold call/email prospects 

  • Work with Client Experience teams to upsell Ameriflex products to current clients 

  • Schedule new business and current client meetings for territory VPs of Sales and RSMs

  • Attend virtual client/prospect meetings with assigned regional sellers

  • Conduct portal/technology demonstrations to current and prospective clients

  • Generate sales proposals,  pricing quotes and sales presentations as needed

  • Utilize CRM to track sales opportunities and territory management

  • Meet and exceed daily, monthly and annual meeting and activity goals and objectives

  • Maintain and report daily performance metrics

  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for Ameriflex over the phone, virtually and in person

  • Continuously and consistently learn about Ameriflex products, services and the employee benefits market segment

  • Other duties as assigned

 

In this role, WE will:

  • Offer an aggressive incentive structure which includes monthly bonus and product commissions

  • Provide training on the Ameriflex Sales System

  • Deliver ongoing 1:1 coaching and feedback

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Possess listening, analytical, and strong closing skills

  • Positive and professional attitude

  • Able to articulate the value of professional services to qualified contacts; solutions-oriented

  • Documented B2B sales expertise or business to consumer services experience

  • Have a track record of outstanding performance in a high volume work environment (sales, collections, mortgage, telemarketing, service etc.)

  • Must be comfortable being on the phone most of the day with proven success/documented experience making outbound phone calls

  • Able to prospect companies utilizing internet search tools

  • Negotiation and problem solving abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products

  • Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel, ideally once per year.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • B2B Sales: 1 to 2 years’ experience preferred

  • Business to consumer service: 1 to 2 years experience preferred

  • Cold Calling: 1 to 2 years’ experience preferred

  • Business Development: 1 to 2 years’ experience preferred
