POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Project Lead Implementation Consultant (PLIC) at Workforce Go! takes a lead role in managing multiple client implementation projects within the Professional Services team. The Project Lead is primarily responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic execution of assigned projects from planning to completion. This position provides hands-on project management, directs team activities, and ensures alignment with business strategy, operational standards, and project timelines. The Project Lead ensures successful implementation by providing consulting services, managing resources, and delivering strategic guidance for each project.

Note: The base salary for this position is $80,000.00, with additional annual bonus potential.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Capacity & Timeline Assessment:
Evaluate current project resources, capacities, and timelines to ensure effective and achievable project planning. (Advanced)

Implementation Planning & Strategy:
Develop comprehensive project implementation plans, including setup, resource allocation, and timeline management to meet client objectives. (Advanced)

Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations for assigned projects, including directing team activities, to maintain progress and ensure high-quality deliverables. (Advanced)

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
Liaise with internal management, clients, and stakeholders to communicate project status, discuss objectives, and ensure alignment with project requirements. (Advanced)

Issue Resolution & Problem Solving:
Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues, providing timely updates to management and suggesting process improvements where necessary. (Advanced)

Documentation & Process Management:
Ensure all project and implementation documents are accurately maintained, updated, and accessible, supporting clear communication and documentation practices. (Intermediate)

Consulting & Client Engagement:
Lead individual consulting activities within projects, delivering expertise directly to clients and engaging in active problem-solving and solutions delivery. (Advanced)

Feedback & Process Optimization:
Present insights, feedback, and suggestions related to project progress, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement in project execution. (Intermediate)

Project Management Expertise:
Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead and direct multiple projects effectively from start to finish. (Advanced)

Strong understanding of business operations, project strategy, and budget planning, with an ability to align project goals with organizational objectives. (Advanced)

Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply strategic thinking to assess project needs, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions. (Advanced)

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage client interactions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. (Advanced)

Problem-solving & Adaptability:
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changes in project requirements, timelines, or resource availability. (Intermediate)

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with enterprise applications, web technologies, SaaS solutions, and proficiency in report-writing and presentation tools. (Intermediate)

Organizational & Multitasking Skills:
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. (Intermediate)

Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Experience in managing and directing cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving results through effective collaboration and leadership. (Advanced)

 

Credentials & Experience:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.

Experience:

5 + years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or implementation, ideally within HCM, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.

Demonstrated success in leading complex client implementation projects.

Prior exposure and/or knowledge within the construction industry, including but not limited to unions, prevailing wage, and fringe benefits.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to travel as needed for client and project engagements.
