POSITION SUMMARY: Workforce Go! is seeking a client-focused, highly energetic, and experienced individual to join our Professional Services team as a Project Lead. The Project Lead will oversee the management of several client Human Capital Management implementation projects for our company. In this role, a Project Lead will provide operational guidance to deliver successful implementation and completion of projects. A Project Lead will take on important roles for the business by overseeing every part of your assigned implementation project tasks. To ensure success as a Project Lead, there will be a requirement for a significant understanding of business strategy, operations, and management as well as practical experience in project strategy.
Please note, the salary range for this position is set at $80,000.00 annually with up to 10% bonus potential.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting assessments of current project capacities and timelines.
- Performing implementation planning and setup activities for assigned projects.
- Developing sound business practices and procedures for the project.
- Collaborating with team members as needed to ensure successful project implementation.
- Overseeing the daily business operations associated with assigned projects.
- Providing project-related insight and advice to other team members.
- Liaising with management and stakeholders on project details and deadlines.
- Presenting feedback and suggestions relating to the implementation of assigned projects.
- Identifying, reporting, and resolving key project issues.
- Ensuring that all project and implementation related task and documents are up to date.
CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional experience with exposure to one or more of the following disciplines: consulting, research and analysis, strategic planning in project deliverables
- A track record of successful implementation projects
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking are crucial to the role
- Deadline oriented and able to multitask
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to manage large teams’ project activities
- Proficiency in report-writing and presenting
- Able to plan, execute, and manage changes to project goals
- Knowledge of enterprise applications, web technology, cloud applications and Software as a Service(SaaS) solutions
- 5 years relative business experience preferred
- Highly motivated and team oriented
- Highly organized with exceptional follow through
- Desire and ability to communicate and engage with clients
- Previous work experience in managing project timelines and/or consulting role is preferred
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
