Position Summary:
The Implementation Consultant (IC) at Workforce Go! plays a hands-on, client-facing role within the Professional Services team, focusing primarily on the delivery and execution of implementation projects. The IC is directly involved in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workforce Go! HCM solutions. This role is integral in understanding and translating client requirements into effective HCM implementations, providing project-specific consulting, and supporting internal team members throughout each assigned project.
Please note, the salary range for this position is set at $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually with up to 10% bonus potential.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Needs Assessment & Scope Definition:
Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to clarify project needs, establish scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. (Intermediate)
Data Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
Conduct research, surveys, and data analysis to develop insights into business and solution requirements, optimizing HCM configuration based on findings. (Advanced)
Problem Detection & Resolution Strategies:
Identify and troubleshoot implementation challenges, presenting various solutions and engaging with clients to select the best-fit approach. (Intermediate)
Solution Development & Recommendations:
Design and suggest improvements to clients and team members, implementing new procedures and training as needed to support optimized client operations. (Intermediate)
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including client requirements, testing protocols, and implementation status reports, ensuring transparency and continuity. (Intermediate)
Client & Team Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, sharing progress updates and insights through presentations, reports, and meetings. (Advanced)
Process Improvement Suggestions:
Provide recommendations for improvements in implementation procedures to streamline the client onboarding process and enhance overall client experience. (Intermediate)
Collaboration with Professional Services Team:
Actively collaborate with Professional Services team members to ensure consistent support across assigned projects, providing insights and guidance to optimize project outcomes. (Advanced)

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with enterprise applications, web technologies, and SaaS solutions, with the ability to leverage these tools for efficient HCM implementations. (Intermediate)

Credentials & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience is required.
Experience:
5 + years of experience in professional services or consulting, ideally within the HCM, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions space, with emphasis on payroll
Proven experience in client-facing implementation projects and the ability to adapt best practices to individual project needs.
Prior exposure and/or knowledge within the construction industry, including but not limited to unions, prevailing wage, and fringe benefits.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel as required for client engagements.
