Position Overview: 
Solage is seeking a energetic, organized Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant to add to support sales efforts. This position is an integral part of the sales function and is essential to the smooth operation of our Sales and Marketing teams. The sales and marketing administrative assistant supports with day-to-day tasks and all administrative projects. Provides office and event coverage as needed.

Position Qualifications: 
Our Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant reports to Director of Sales and Marketing and supports both our sales team and our Catering team. Our best candidate will have previous administrative experience preferably in resort sales or catering departments; excellent written and verbal communication skills; exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.  A professional and pleasant telephone demeanor; a genuine can-do spirit and ingrained desire to build positive client relationships.  We seek a candidate who is technologically savvy with exceptional computer skills including Google; Opera and Delphi preferred.

Basic Qualifications:
High school or equivalent education required.
Positive attitude.
Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.
