Role Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing assistance to the Executive offices internally and externally, responding to internal requests and communication, guest feedback in surveys, managing the two calendars for the General Manager and Director of Operations. As well as using feedback to better ENRICH the guest experience resort wide.

Core Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done!  Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates.   Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Maintain Google, Trip Advisor, Yelp, Opentable and Unifocus platforms.

  • Handle and execute VIP guest needs that are booked through the Executive offices.

  • Compiling information from surveys, social media, and Glitch reports to identify areas for service  opportunities.

  • Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned. 

Required Qualifications
Currently we seek an Executive Administrative Assistant with exceptional follow through and attention to detail. Use of Opera, Unifocus, Google, Trip Advisor, Yelp and OpenTable preferred. Ability to take on new responsibilities and roles as the position demands, whether they are administrative or operationally based.  High School diploma or equivalent - required. College degree - desired.
