The Sous Chef Development Program (SCDP) program is a 12 to 18 month paid development program. Program participants will rotate to 2-3 different hotels for rotations and exposure. They will also receive access to mentorship and development plans to aid in their progress towards a management position. Personal development plans will be customized to the preferences and strengths of the individual rather than a predetermined path.
The SCDP program has three major components: on the job work experience as a supervisor, custom personal development plans, and mentorship seminars. Participants will also attend a management development series and receive other training as needed.
