We seek an enthusiastic FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR who understands how to maintain outstanding service in a busy environment. The Front Desk Supervisor will supervise all aspects of Guest Services including Guest Reception, Bell/Valet, Concierge, and PBX. The Front Desk Supervisor handles guest complaints and maximizes the financial performance of the Resort by providing the highest possible guest service and product. He/she troubleshoots challenges with both guests and associates to ensure service levels exceed guest expectations by maintaining an environment in which our Vision and Mission thrive.
High school or equivalent education required.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
