Position Overview
Solage is searching for candidates with a demonstrated dedication to guest service, hospitality and operational excellence. We ask that our managers motivate and mentor staff, inspire and delight our guests, and commit themselves to excellence in food and beverage service. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and strong operational knowledge of restaurants and bars. Ability to understand direction, find solutions to issues as they arise, and follow through on projects to completion. Managers will contribute to associate training and development initiatives, periodic inventory of goods and assets, ordering, reservations management and MOD operations.

Position Qualifications
Candidates must have prior fine dining experience, preferably in a freestanding restaurant, have a passion for food & wine, and the desire to create the ultimate dining experience. Must have excellent interpersonal and management skills. Candidate must have ability to maintain focus in stressful situations. Must be able to communicate effectively both with the restaurant staff, kitchen and other departments at the resort. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and contribute to an enthusiastic working environment. Extensive knowledge of the Napa Valley and SF Dining market is desirable. Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well as work holidays.

 

Basic Qualifications:

High school or equivalent education required.

Positive attitude.

Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Prior fine dining experience required.

Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.

Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
