Our Sales Administrative Assistant & Analyst reports to Director of Sales and Marketing and supports both our Sales team and our Catering team. Our best candidate will have previous administrative experience preferably in resort sales or catering departments; excellent written and verbal communication skills; exceptional follow-through and attention to detail. A professional and pleasant telephone demeanor; a genuine can-do spirit and ingrained desire to build positive client relationships is an essential part of our Sales Coordinator's skills. We seek a candidate who is technologically savvy with exceptional computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Google; Opera and Delphi preferred.
Must possess a deep interest in tracking wedding event trends and recommending program enhancements to continually challenge and refine F&B and service offerings.
Ideal candidate will be a master multi-tasker with exceptional organizational and guest service skills who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Able to motivate and lead with excellent interpersonal and management skills. Consistently achieves the delicate balance of acting as client champion while simultaneously representing the operational capabilities of the hotel. Develops and presents successful solutions to challenging situations. Must embrace a flexible work schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business levels.
