Role Summary
Our Shuttle Drivers provide prompt and courteous transportation service to all hotel guests to/from all Ski Mountains (Ajax, Buttermilk, Highlands, & Snowmass) and various other local locations per the Jerome’s transportation program and requests from various hotel departments. This position may also require the driver to assist Bell Services handle luggage, arranging/providing transportation, escorting guests to rooms, and accommodating guest’s requests as they arise. The Ski Shuttle Driver is responsible for performing and tracking all Ski Shuttle invoices from guests and reporting all non-cash gratuities to the Front Desk. This is a seasonal position.

Core Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done!  Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates.   Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

- Ensure guests are greeted and assisted curbside within 60 seconds of arriving
- Park and deliver vehicles to and from the garage basement promptly, efficiently, and safely. Document location of vehicles parked in parking facility
- Relay accurate directions to guests/visitors on inquiries regarding destinations within the local area

Required Qualifications
- Valid Colorado State Driver’s License, with no violations, excellent driving record
- Prior Customer Service experience, Hotel Experience Preferred
- Two years experience driving vehicles
- Ability to drive all vehicle types (including manual transmission vehicles ("stick shifts"))
- Combination of education and experience
- Must be able to work in variable weather conditions
