Role Summary
Join our team as a Concierge for Hotel Jerome, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by creating bespoke experiences for our guests based on their goals for their time with us.

Key Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done!  Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates.   Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Review arrivals prior to approaching the desk and be familiar with all Hotel guests, special requirements, and potential problems.  
  • Ensure that all guests receive personal, individual, and professional treatment.
  • Provide guests with information, descriptions, directions, and reservations for all resort services, local restaurants, wineries, activities, travel arrangements, and other points of interest.
  • Work closely with the front office and other guest relations departments on special requests and amenities
  • Coordinate guest history with the front office, reservations, housekeeping, and room service.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the area, its facilities, and points of interest.
  • Handle guest complaints or problems immediately, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Guest service experience
  • Combination of education and experience
  • Excellent service, etiquette, protocol skills, and knowledge
  • Knowledge of the Aspen area, its geography, restaurants, events, sights, and other places of interest.

  • Excellent service, etiquette, and protocol
  • Ability to provide directions, recommendations, etc.

Physical Demands

  • Must have the ability to move/maneuver in an office environment
