SUMMARY

Assist Bartender in providing quality beverage and food service to guests, according to resort specifications, courteously and efficiently.  Maintain cleanliness of the bar areas and equipment.  Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.  Keep liquors pars and stocks maintained.  Ensure ice wells are full and all fruit and preparation items are in full supply.  Assist in order taking when necessary and assist in service to guests in cooperation with the bartender.  Provide service to all guests courteously, enthusiastically, and efficiently according to established specifications. 

QUALIFICATIONS
 
Required
  • Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • 3 year experience in Food & Beverage
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
