The ERP Support Analyst is primarily responsible for being the primary point of contact for technical support requests related to business-critical information systems serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources. This position will be responsible for process documentation, testing and troubleshooting the complete order lifecycle including purchasing, EDI connections, order processing, manufacturing, and order fulfillment through warehouse distribution centers and related ERP tasks on an ongoing basis. Additional responsibilities include systems analyst, project tasks, workflow analysis, and technical communication and problem solving.
This is a professional information technology and business analysis position supporting business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Beck EDI, Lanham Advanced Warehousing, Jet reports, and cloud based ticketing systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with the technology onboarding process for new employees
  • Coordinate and collaborate with functional users and IT staff to find solutions to problems identified including troubleshooting technical and process improvement
  • Create and maintain document processes and knowledge base articles for the benefit of Exxel employees
  • Provide training on the EDI process and NAV software to Exxel employees and contractors
  • Be the primary support contact in the NAV helpdesk ticket queue and working with IT staff to diagnose level 1 and 2 issues
  • Cross train in similar roles and increase knowledge in other areas of IT
  • Proactively work with the business on process improvement for common issues.
  • EDI trading partner setup and testing for ports and field mappings for all transaction types
  • Warehousing and manufacturing support and process documentation for remote locations
  • UCC-128 label design through our Microsoft NAV program
  • Working with all business units on ERP best practices and level 1 support
  • Analyzing and driving corrective measures around assigned Chargebacks
  • Responsible for understanding and explaining routing guides, including the create routing guide cheat sheets.
  • Create and maintain weekly error metrics
  • Coordinate with business area leads to identify possible business policy and process improvements with respect to business processes, pricing, and customer data mapping.
  • Understand the product, customer, pricing data structures for each brand.
  • Create and follow through on tickets while maintaining SLA’s.
  • Responsible for supporting and assisting the rest of the ERP Support team with daily issues and tasks that may arise before escalating to management.
  • Responsible for facilitating and coordinating resolutions through to completion to all known application problems through the Problem module in the ticketing system
  • Responsible for maintaining helpdesk Service Level Agreement committed through the business

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in an ERP environment.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in and business application support related role.
  • 1+ years working Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment.
SKILLS
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Ability to learn new software platform quickly.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Electronic Data Interchange, and order fulfillment processes or related software preferred.
  • Ability to learn relational data structures
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills.
  • Ability to successfully communicate with business partners inside and outside the organization.
