Role Summary
The IRD Ordertaker is responsible for selling and serving Food & Beverages using hospitality and graciousness in guest interactions, both in person and over the phone.

 

Core Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done!  Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Describing menu features, proper delivery, processing all amenities and room service events. 

  • Setting up of food and beverage in guests rooms providing guest satisfaction.

 

Required Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess at least 1 year of prior serving experience. Knowledge of fine dining and wine is preferred. Must also have excellent people skills and be able to stay positive and outgoing in a fast paced work environment. Position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds. Must have a genuine desire to serve and to provide excellent customer service for our guests.
