The Banquet Manager is responsible for supervising all elements of catered events in the hotel’s private dining facilities.

Direct, trains and supervises the performance of team members.
Implements wedding, group and social events based on detailed specifications outlined by the client and catering team.
Ensures property service standards are achieved and events are flawlessly executed.
Works in tandem with the Assistant Food and Beverage Director, Co-Assistant Banquet Manager, along with Banquets, Catering & Sales and Culinary teams in an environment renowned for service excellence.
Must have exceptional guest service skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team. Strong beverage, food, and catering knowledge and the desire to create the ultimate guest experience. Prior Banquets experience, preferred. Must have excellent interpersonal and management skills and the ability to maintain focus in stressful situations. Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.
