Role SummaryThe IRD Server is responsible for selling and serving Food & Beverages using hospitality and graciousness in guest interactions. Duties include describing menu features, Proper delivery and set up of Food and Beverage to our guest rooms. providing guest satisfaction. Performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious, fun, energetic and professional manner. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
Skills and AbilitiesIdeal candidates will possess at least 1 year of prior serving experience. Knowledge of fine dining and wine is preferred. Must also have excellent people skills and be able to stay positive and outgoing in a fast paced work environment. Position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds. Must have a genuine desire to serve and to provide excellent customer service for our guests.
Required QualificationsCandidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.
Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred QualificationsHigh school or equivalent education required.
Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
