This position's main responsibilities include but are not limited to: setting up and maintaining designated areas of the kitchen, directing runners to the correct tables and people, assisting in the polishing of silver and glassware, maintaining the pace of each tables order correctly, and conveying desired information as requested by the chefs. This is a tipped out position.
We seek Food & Beverage Professionals who understands it's our staff that makes the difference between a good meal and an incredible experience. Ideal candidates will have fine dining restaurant etiquette, have worked in high volume establishments, are comfortable leading a small group of team members, perform well under pressure, and are looking to advance in the food and beverage/hospitality industry.
High school or equivalent education required.
Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.
Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
