Role Summary
Supports the Director of Operations on administrative tasks for the hotel. Supports the Food & Beverage office with purchasing, inventory, receiving, coding invoices and updating menus daily. Works with hotel vendors on best pricing, scheduling deliveries and sourcing items. Assists the Facilities Director with invoices and administrative support as needed. Provides administrative support for the Culture Club and serves as a champion for the hotel’s sustainability and outreach efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent education required.

  • Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Willingness to work holidays and weekends as business levels dictate   

  • Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Must be “Team” focused

  • Ability to take on new responsibilities and roles as the position demands, whether they are administrative or operationally based

  • Proficiency at MS Office

  • Demonstrated record of providing enthusiastic, positive customer service

  • Good driving record
