Position Overview:
Auberge du Soleil's luxurious spa is currently interviewing for a Lead Massage Therapist who is responsible for providing massage and body treatments. They also educate and train all new and existing massage therapists, develop treatment protocols and ensure the protocol handbook is up to date and accurate. The Lead Therapist manages professional supply inventory and works with the Spa Manager to create new treatments and seasonal specials. The Lead Therapist is an integral team member in the operation of the Auberge Spa.

Position Qualifications:

Certificate of completion from a state or nationally certified school of massage indicating 500 hours of training in massage therapy. 4-6 years of experience as a Massage Therapist, 1-2 years of experience in a training role preferred.

Experience in training other massage therapists to perform treatments and writing treatment protocols.Intermediate computer skills including experience in Office, GMail and Excel.

Basic Qualifications:
High school or equivalent education required.
Positive attitude.
Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.
Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
