Role Summary
The Back Server is responsible for selling and serving food & beverages using hospitality and graciousness in guest interactions.

 

Core Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done!  Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates.   Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Describing menu features, overseeing table maintenance and monitoring guest satisfaction during breakfast and lunch service. 

  • Performing duties in a pleasant, conscientious, fun, energetic and professional manner.

  • Operaterating effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly, ensuring smooth service operations and quality service.
     

Required Qualifications

We seek Food & Beverage Professionals who understand it's our staff that makes the difference between a good meal and an incredible experience. We want to create memorable experiences worth repeating with each guest and we need your help to do it! Ideal candidates will have upscale or fine dining restaurant experience, and excellent knowledge of cuisine, wine sales and service, spirits and service etiquette. Applicants should also have work experience in high volume establishments, are comfortable speaking to small and medium sized groups, perform well under pressure, and are looking to advance in the food and beverage/hospitality industry. Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.
