We seek Food & Beverage Professionals who understand it's our staff that makes the difference between a good meal and an incredible experience. We want to create memorable experiences worth repeating with each guest and we need your help to do it! Ideal candidates will have fine dining restaurant etiquette, have worked in high volume establishments, are comfortable speaking to small and medium sized groups, perform well under pressure, and are looking to advance in the food and beverage/hospitality industry.
The Server is responsible for selling and serving food & beverages using hospitality and graciousness in guest interactions. Duties include describing menu features, overseeing table maintenance and monitoring guest satisfaction. Performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious, fun, energetic and professional manner. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service. We place a huge emphasis on personalizing our guest's experience, so the ability to read and connect with people, and to use your intuition, experience, and knowledge to create unique and engaging experiences is essential.
Must be pleasant, conscientious and professional with excellent knowledge of food and alcoholic beverage selections. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service. Candidates must have a flexible work schedule as well and work holidays. Candidates must also meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
