Position Overview:
Applicants must have a strong need to provide outstanding service to our associates, excellent interpersonal and social skills, and promote a positive work environment for our team. This position offers administrative & employee relations support to the Human Resources Office which requires exceptional communication and organizational skills as well as confidentiality. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.  Must be fluent in Spanish.

Position Qualifications:
Must speak Spanish, You must have a great personality, can-do attitude, willingness to learn, organization skills and meet the basic qualifications.  Associates Degree or equivalent work experience and luxury hotel experience is preferred. 

Basic Qualifications:
High school or equivalent education required.
Positive attitude.
Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Related hospitality experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well as work holidays.
Must meet the minimum age requirements to work in an alcohol and food service operation.
