We are seeking someone who has a heart for hospitality and the ability to connect and engage with a wide variety of team members. The Talent & Culture Manager oversees the T&C department at Auberge du Soleil......where our team members provide 5 star service to the most discerning of guests. This is a generalist role with oversight of recruiting, onboarding, training, compensation & benefits, coaching & counselling and team member relations.
The Talent & Culture Manager reports to the Regional Vice President of Talent & Culture, with a dotted line reporting to the Managing Director of the resort. Previous Human Resources experience is required preferably in a luxury hospitality setting. Knowledge of California labor law is preferred. Our ENRICH values drive everything we do - demonstrated capacity for understanding and embracing of those values is required.
- College graduate or equivalent education required.

- Candidate must have flexible work schedule as well and work holidays.
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
