The Assistant Director of Talent and Culture is responsible to assist with the direction of all aspects of the Talent and Culture division including recruitment and retention of staff, benefits administration, employee experience and career development. Essential to this position is to creatively manage and develop team members according to our core standards. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and inspirational individual who will compliment the department and have a natural ability to shift the organization’s culture through our ENRICH values and to be the best-loved employer in the state. Applicants are required to have 4-5 years of related human resources leadership experience. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, human resources or related field is preferred.
