The Director of Training is responsible to deliver workplace learning and initiatives to best achieve long-term business success.  Essential to this position is the ability to systematically analyze the hotel’s training needs and deliver relevant learning initiatives through our ENRICH values.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter, enjoy working in a high-paced, high-pressure and ever changing environment. This individual will have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to evidence professionalism and adaptability.  Applicants are required to have 4-5 years of related training leadership experience. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, human resources or related field is preferred.
