Role Summary
The Global Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing direct support to the Vice President of Group Sales & the Senior Global Sales Director. This role is based on EST and requires a person who is able to maintain a clear sense of the brand and what is trending.  To be able to connect creatively through catering, gifts, and activities in fast-paced remote sales environment. 

Core Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done!  Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates.   Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Database management including input and maintenance 
  • Run top client and prospect reports 
  • Coordinate distribution and tracking of responses with third-party distribution firm 
  • Maintain standardized sales tool kit, policies and procedures for Global Sales Flash Drive 
  • Manage and update Leisure Team Folder 
  • Track Global Sales Calendar, Leisure Calendar and initiatives with professional, clear, communication to Global Sales Team and portfolio resorts 
  • Attend training conference calls and webinars 
  • Assist with a variety of performance reports for the Vice President of Group Sales and Senior Global Sales Director 
  • Assist with sales calls for the Vice President of Group Sales and Senior Global Sales Director 
  • Meeting and event planning for inbound & outbound sales trips 
  • Opportunity to attend client meetings and client events in conjunction with  Senior Global Sales Director 
  • Manage and update Global Sales Team collateral by communicating with Global Sales Team and marketing

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge and competency with Google Mail applications 
  • Knowledge and competency with Salesforce 
  • Knowledge and competency with Excel 
  • Knowledge and competency with database management 
  • Prior experience working in an office setting 
  • Advanced computer skills including but not limited to word, excel and advanced internet searches 
  • Resume and cover letter required for consideration 
  • Must have eligibility to work in the United States 
  • 40 hours/week (9:00am – 5:30pm)

  • A professional interest in travel and hospitality industry 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage more than one project at a time 
  • Ability to take direction and provide creative solutions 
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
