What is a Talent Community?
The Talent Community is for candidates who are interested in culinary career opportunities at any of our current or upcoming locations worldwide. Possible positions include: Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Executive Chef. This talent community exists for those who are looking to make an immediate change as well as those who are happily employed elsewhere but want to stay in the loop on future opportunities. 

How Does This Work?
Once you have submitted your resume, we will review your submission to see if it matches our qualifications. We will contact all qualified applicants to conduct a short screening call. During this call we will discuss your position and geographical preferences as well as your timeline for starting a new role. Candidates who are not currently looking to make a change will be placed on a passive candidate list and contacted at a future date. Candidates who are looking for an immediate change will be moved forward in the interview process once a suitable role has been identified. 

Position Qualifications:‚Äč
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, decision making and teamwork skills
  • Excellent and innovative cooking and service skills. Computer literate.
  • A flexible attitude to working hours, a willingness to assist all and a problem solver.
  • A formal education in culinary arts or Bachelors Degree in a related field.
  • Fine dining kitchen experience preferred.
