Role Summary
Join our team as Director, Openings & Transitions and become one of the authors of our story.  As part of the Auberge family, you will play a key operations role in the openings of our new properties and the transformation of current properties following renovation.  We are in significant growth mode with at least 6 hotels slated to open in the next 6-18 months.

Core Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this position are:
  • Partners with the SVP, Operations and other discipline stakeholdres to support hotel openings and transitions processes.
  • Develops, delivers and maintains operational workplans, tracking schedules and milestones
  • Coordinates across multiple internal stakeholders at various levels and vendors
  • Delivers status reports in clear, concise, and timely manner
  • Directs and manages opening activities
  • Creates, maintains, and distributes templates and tools to support the efficient management of the critical path to a successful opening

Required Qualifications/skills
  • 3-5 years Luxury hotel background, in operational or corporate project management role
  • Proven project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced skills in PM tools, Excel, Powerpoint, and G Suite
  • Eye for luxury detail – product and service delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  •   Spanish language skills
