Role Summary
Join our team as Digital Content Manager and become one of the authors of our story.  The Digital Content Manager is a key role to the success of Auberge Resorts as we continue to elevate our brand presence online. This role requires a foundational understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing and digital asset management and SEO.  The successful candidate will bring an eye for design and an understanding of a luxury aesthetic and written content that is rich in storytelling and aligned with a luxury brand.   This role will maintain a strong entrepreneurial spirit, will be innovative, will launch differentiating strategies and will remain willing to roll up their sleeves to implement change and the latest thinking in digital content.  This role reports to the Director of eCommerce & Digital Marketing in the home office team, and can work remotely anywhere in the U.S.  

Core Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this position are:

Digital Asset Management 
  • serves as an expert on our digital asset management tool
  • develops and maintains the process for adding and sharing content including libraries that are public, as well as the process for internal loading and required approvals
  • maintains the library content in an organized way
  • provides regular education around new functionality and how it can be applied to our business processes
  • trains on the use of the tool and supports the field and home office marketing teams, PR, and Sales with our digital assets
Video Strategy & Execution on YouTube + Vimeo + Social
  • serves as the owner of our brand video channels
  • clean and organize current content and consolidate content from other places with the goal of findability and engagement
  • advise the marketing teams on how to leverage this content to support various communications strategies including sales, social, digital marketing and on our website
  • understands SEO impact of video and how to optimize.
Content Management Process
  • oversees the process for field marketing to update their websites and builds and executes a QA process to ensure we are ADA compliant and that the site speed is as fast as possible, and pages are mobile responsive
  • advises field marketing teams on new section builds and oversees the process for the work with a developer and a project manager
  • understands our templates, requirements, and backend dependencies
  • keeps the brand website up to date with quarterly campaign content, monthly review, and update of offers and experiences, and new hotel builds
  • content sections to be built and maintained include regional or interest-based sections and experiences
Digital Marketing Asset Support: Paid Social, Email, Display etc.
  • oversight of all content
  • responsible for supporting and advising the Marketing teams about more efficient ways to use their assets in various channels
  • maintains current knowledge of about internal tools: Sprout, Delphi and how to integrate better assets

Required Qualifications
  • Technical:
    • Working knowledge of digital asset management tools and WordPress
    • Understands tools and methods to edit videos and images 
    • Understands search engine optimization (tagging, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of social media (organic and paid)
    • Experience with optimizing YouTube channels and making playlists
    • Experience using project and work management tools like Asana, Basecamp, Slack, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and love of organization
  • Entrepreneurial – is driven and has determination to impact change
  • Thinks strategically with the ability and desire to handle the tactical needs
  • Brings a fresh perspective – ability to push the organization beyond our comfort zone – always willing to try new things
  • Has a good design eye and appreciation of a luxury aesthetic 
  • Is collaborative and a strong influence
  • Understands experience-based marketing 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Ability to work remotely
  • 5-10 years’ experience in digital marketing or development role
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications
  • Luxury brand experience
