Role Summary
Join our team as Manager, Total Rewards and HR Systems and become one of the authors of our story.  As part of the Auberge family, you will support the global total rewards programs, as well as our HR systems, helping to make Auberge Resorts a great place to work.

Core Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this position are:

Total Rewards:
  • Contribute to the total rewards annual goals (5-year plan)
  • Develop and maintain total rewards policies
  • On-board new talent & culture team members with total rewards (systems, processes, policies)
  • Support total rewards needs for home office

Compensation:
  • Participate in and review market surveys (HIBS, Wage Watch, and general industry)
  • Assist in preparation of annual salary reviews and salary/bonus processing
  • Assist in development and communication of incentive comp plans
  • Provide input to compensation strategy
  • Continue to evolve comp approach, processes, policies, and market-based pay structures

Benefits:
  • Participate in broker meetings to develop annual renewal workplan (market rates, subsidy strategy)
  • Plan and execute annual enrollment (system testing, communications)
  • Attend weekly broker meetings (continue to evolve benefit offerings, follow-up on individual team member issues)
  • Execute necessary actions to bring new resorts onto benefits platforms
  • Develop relationship with individual talent & culture teams at each resort to drive knowledge of comp & ben locally
  • Develop and launch on-going benefits communications
  • Assist with preparation of annual reporting compliance (401(k)/health)

Recognition:
  • Contribute to building and executing global recognition programs

Systems:
  • Liaison to third party systems partners (HRIS/payroll, ATS, communications platform, benefits administration, benefits carriers/billing platforms, comp surveys)
  • Point of contact for systems issues (carrier feeds, payroll exports, password resets)
  • Drive efficiency in HR systems (training, usage, reporting)
  • Contribute to any RFP’s issued (comp, ben, HRIS/payroll)

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years corporate HR experience in hotels/hospitality, managing/supporting total rewards and HR systems
  • Strong Excel competencies, and ability to use/learn GSuite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to grasp a variety of HR systems
  • Knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations (health, 401(k), etc.)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work remotely or in office environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce
