Payrate: $48,000 to $52,000 per year W/Incentive Program.
Schedule: Monday-Friday with Saturday as needed: 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and building relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.
· Source candidates from multiple job boards, resume databases, social media, and other niche sites, conduct screening interviews, and document the process and feedback in the ATS and CRM tools.
· Proactively develop pipeline for current and future hiring needs
· Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
· Oversee and manage a team of 7 recruiters in 5 states
Qualifications
Qualifications
· A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience for a wide variety of light industrial warehouse positions and 1 year of managerial experience.
· Proficient with Windows Office Applications
