Kitchen Steward Assistant (Addison; Carrollton, TX; ...)

Full-time Position

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am - 5pm)

Payrate: $15/hourly + Health + Dental + Vision

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting as needed 
• Clean up after each menu consultation
• Set up for menu consultations
• Receive and stock product deliveries 
• Retrieve will call's
• Restock after menu consultations
• Wipe down tables
• Remove trash
• Wash dishes
• Maintain accurate inventory
• Perform serving and bussing for special events 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Culinary education preferred 
• 1 to 2 years professional kitchen experience (line cook/sous chef)
• Ability to read and comprehend directions 
• Able to communicate effectively 
• Has working knowledge of practices related to HACCP and ServSafe principles
• Knowledge of internet software (Microsoft Office)  

Physical Demands of Job:

• Regularly required to stand and walk
• Regularly required to talk, hear, and taste/smell
• Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel/reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Must be occasionally able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
